ในมุมมองของคนทั่วไป คอนโด และ อพาร์ทเม้นท์ ดูเหมือนจะไม่มีความแตกต่างกัน แต่เมื่อถึงขั้นตอนของการซื้อเพื่อเป็นเจ้าของ จะมีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมาก
